Wiltogus is encountered early on in the Monhue map.
Once defeated you may draft him and his units Death Heavy Infantry (high crit rate)
His abilty Counterattack, once activated, hits any non warlock that attacks him for normal attack damage IF he blocks/parrys the attack.
This unit works best on the parry formation.
